In a non-binding personal conversation, we listen attentively to your personal wishes. First, we assess your needs and (financial) feasibility. Then, we provide initial advice. If your wishes do not align with your financial capabilities, we offer alternatives. In short, we map out the market for you.
You have chosen us, marking the actual starting point of our rental guidance. We gather all relevant information in our digital system and quickstart the process.
We select properties, including those from our own network, that meet your criteria and present them to you. You decide which properties you want to view; we organize and accompany the viewings. We are happy to accompany you, but if you are unable to or live far from your search area, no problem. In that case, we will visit the property for you and create a video. You will receive this, along with advice, on the same day. To find your dream rental, we view as many properties together as necessary. After each viewing, we provide detailed advice on the landlord, the rental property, and the area. A reliable rental property and landlord are important to us. We protect you from the many pitfalls in the rental sector.
Once we have found the rental property that meets your housing needs, we will make every effort to successfully connect you to the rental property. We negotiate with the landlord on your behalf. Our goal: a successful lease agreement in your name!
An agreement has been reached with the landlord. This is recorded in a lease agreement. We fully support you by legally reviewing the content and discussing it with you personally. On the day of check-in (delivery), we accompany you and inspect the rental property to ensure it is delivered in the agreed-upon condition. The inspection is documented in an inspection report, filled out by the rental agent.
Our contact does not stop after the check-in. We highly value a long-term relationship, including aftercare. Whether it is an unforeseen issue, legal questions, or future plans for renovation, we are here for all your housing needs!
