We offer a wide range of specialized inspections carried out in accordance with the applicable NTA 8060 and NEN2767 standards.
Visual inspections
Purchase Inspection
The purchase inspection (also known as a structural inspection) is a visual inspection of the property followed by a detailed structural report. The report provides essential information about the condition of your future home. As a buyer, you have a legal obligation to conduct an inspection, which is why we strongly recommend a purchase inspection. Our structural reports are recognized by the National Mortgage Guarantee (NHG) and all other institutions falling under the Financial Markets Authority (AFM).
Delivery Inspection
Is your new construction home about to be delivered? It is advisable to have a delivery inspection conducted by us. During this visual inspection, any defects are immediately identified and discussed with the contractor. Subsequently, agreements are made with the contractor to rectify the defects.
Baseline Measurement
Also known as a pre-survey. During a baseline measurement, we accurately record the current structural condition of your home or commercial property, both interior and exterior. Based on our report, you can demonstrate future damage.
Structural Inspections at Height | Drone Inspections
We offer inspections at height for the inspection of elevated facades, roofs, gutters, chimneys, and ridges.
Thermographic inspections
Using infrared technology, we can identify heat and cold bridges and measure insulation problems, moisture problems, and/or air leaks in a home or commercial property. This provides you with clear insight and advice to make your indoor climate comfortable and healthy while reducing energy loss.
Endoscopic inspections
Through an endoscopic inspection, we can inspect spaces that are not accessible or difficult to inspect visually. This includes sewers, ventilation ducts, crawl spaces, and cavity walls.
NTA Installation inspections
With our NTA installation inspection, we examine the fire risk of electrical installations and the connected electrical equipment. We follow the prescribed NTA 8220 methodology.
Forensic Investigation into wall cracks
With this specialization, we distinguish ourselves in the market. Wall cracks, whether in interior walls, exterior walls, or foundations, have a cause that we investigate. Our research results can be accompanied by a solution-oriented recommendation.
Counter-expertise
Counter-expertise is an independent investigation carried out by our certified experts. It helps you obtain the correct compensation from your insurance in events such as fire, water damage, storms, or break-ins. The costs of counter-expertise are typically covered by the insurance.
Legal expertise
As Judicial Experts, we are regularly engaged by the presiding judge to provide on-site assistance in (construction) disputes or conflicts. Usually, this is when it is already too late. Do you have a (construction) dispute or conflict? We are happy to help you independently assess the dispute or conflict and, without involving the presiding judge, come to a joint solution.
