Our structural reports are recognized by the National Mortgage Guarantee (NHG) and all other institutions falling under the Financial Markets Authority (AFM).
Is your new construction home about to be delivered? It is advisable to have a delivery inspection conducted by us. During this visual inspection, any defects are immediately identified and discussed with the contractor. Subsequently, agreements are made with the contractor to rectify the defects.
