***LOCATION AND ACCESSIBILITY***
The hospitality property is located on Belterweg in the picturesque Belt-Schutsloot, with excellent accessibility from the provincial road N334 (Blauwehandseweg). The area is a true hotspot for hikers, cyclists, and boating enthusiasts.
***DESCRIPTION***
The hospitality property was built in 2000. The snack bar has a serving counter that opens onto the terrace at the front. The café section is located on the side of the building and offers 25 seats. The venue also features a spacious terrace with approximately 75 seats. Both the snack bar and café are fully equipped and ready for business. There are no (rental) obligations on the inventory from suppliers, such as a brewery. Profits from gaming machines go to the tenant. On the first floor, there are two apartments, which are not part of the rental or operation.
