My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Lisette Van Tilburg as our real estate agent for our recent home purchase. We came to Lisette with a tough situation – we needed a house ASAP since our lease was expiring in two months and we had nowhere to go after that. Lisette was upfront with us that it would be a tall task, especially given the crazy housing market in Amsterdam, but in the end she more than delivered.

As first time homebuyers who are also expats, we had many questions and Lisette was always happy and willing to answer. We especially appreciated her quick communication. In the end, our first offer was accepted after a little back and forth with the seller and we CLOSED on the perfect starter home for us in just under 7 weeks from our initial meeting with Lisette. This is even in spite of a hiccup with our mortgage provider, which she also navigated as a true professional. For what it’s worth, our home also assessed for higher than we paid, so having the instant equity made us feel we scored a great deal.

We are still in disbelief that she was able to make this home purchase happen so quickly and are so grateful for her expertise guiding us along the way. Highly recommend!
