The following steps provide insight into our approach:

Phase 1 - our advice, personal and non-binding
After a detailed preparation we gather for a non-binding and personal meeting. This meeting serves to get to know each other and your property, as well as learn all about your wishes and goals. We explain how we can best guide you in renting out your property. An initial inventory of the property and surroundings is followed by a recommended rental price and a non-binding quote .

Phase 2 - your assignment initiates our process
You have chosen us, marking the actual starting point of our rental guidance. We gather all relevant information in our digital system. Meanwhile, our copywriter creates a comprehensive rental description and we plan the photoshoot.

Phase 3 - tailored marketing for an experience
In addition to traditional photos and videos, we provide tailor-made presentations that enhance your rental property. Experience plays a significant role in attracting viewers and later in the tenant's decision-making. Multilingual publications on our website, our social media channels, and major online rental platforms (such as Pararius) are standard. Additionally, your property is also offered to our extensive (international) network of fellow real estate agents.

Phase 4 – the rental process, proactive and strategic
Interest from potential tenants varies per property and depends on many factors. Therefore, we propose a unique rental strategy based on creating the best chances for success. We consider proactive and informative viewings essential and allocate ample time for them.

Phase 5 - genuine interest, selection and assurance
The moment has come! One or more interested parties express their desire to rent the property. We provide insight and create clarity. Who are the potential tenant(s), are they financially capable, is the provided information correct? We screen the prospective tenant(s), their income information, we conduct an employer check, investigate potential guarantors, and seek references from former landlords. Our advice to you entails all these aspects, thus aiming for an optimal result.

Phase 6 - reaching an agreement, preparation of the lease
After selecting the tenant that suits you best, we draw up the lease agreement. This sets out all agreements in writing and according to Dutch law

Phase 7 – the final processing, we are present
Naturally, we support and guide you with the final step: the signing and handover. On the day of delivery, we perform the check-in of the property with the tenant and create a check-in report, including detailed pictures.

Phase 8 - our relationship, sustainable with aftercare
Our contact does not stop after the check-in. We highly value a long-term relationship, including aftercare. Whether it is an unforeseen issue, legal questions, or future plans for renovation, we are here for all your housing needs!
